I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

So sorry you don't love your purchase! I allow for free 30 day returns. Kindly email me at briannayvonnejobson@gmail.com with your order number and ring details. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method once we receive the merchandise. Your credit card should take about 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Can the style I want be made in a different color of gold?

Yes, but please allow 6 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted!

Brianna Yvonne uses conflict free stones only! If you have any questions about a particular piece, please email myself and I would be happy to provide more information.

I don't know my ring size?

Please jump onto my ring sizing page or pop into your local jeweller. 

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes! Please email myself and I will give you your store credit so you can begin shopping! I can not ship your new purchase until your original has been returned.
