Production time

All of my pieces are hand made to order. This means that each piece is unique and made especially for you. Please email briannayvonnejobson@gmail.com for each individual piece for specific turnaround times. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.

Shipping and handling

All orders over $200 comes with FREE SHIPPING 

Once your order is placed I will email you with an estimate on delivery date. You are welcome to email me about any of pieces to enquirer how long it will take. 

Australian domestic orders are sent express via Australia Post or TOLL Overnight. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au or https://www.mytoll.com/ 

Bybriannayvonne ships worldwide. International standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. These packages are registered and trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International standard parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days to arrive. To calculate your shipping time frame you can head here 

Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

Duties and taxes

Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

So sorry you don't love your purchase! I allow for free 30 day returns. Kindly email me at briannayvonnejobson@gmail.com with your order number and purchase details. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method once I receive your jewellery. Your credit card should take about 3-5 business days to process the refund. Wear and Tear cannot be refunded though sorry!
